**Python Automation Test Engineer**

**Location:**Surat / Co-working space in the candidate's city

**Salary**: ?8--10 LPA

**Experience**: 2 years of experience as an Automation Test Engineer.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Python and TestComplete.
* Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and design test cases.
* Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing to ensure software quality.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of automation frameworks.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes.
* Utilize tools like Git for version control and manage test cases effectively.
* Conduct API testing and ensure the functionality of backend services.
* Report and track defects through their lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution.

**Qualifications**:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong hands-on experience with Python, TestComplete, and Selenium WebDriver.
* Good knowledge of automation framework development and maintenance.
* Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and defect lifecycle.
* Experience with functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing.
* Knowledge of PyTest, Git, API testing, SQL, and CI/CD is an added advantage.
* Good to average communication skills are required.
