Software Engineer

Job Description

Design and build scalable, high-performance systems for order management and trade execution, and support critical production applications by resolving user issues and optimizing their lifecycle. Implement messaging and streaming technologies, use development tools and automation to improve delivery, and lead code reviews and mentoring across the software development lifecycle.

Requirements: Requires formal training in software engineering and at least three years of professional experience, with strong Java or Kotlin skills and a deep understanding of object-oriented design. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ, experience building end-to-end systems in large corporate environments, and the ability to collaborate with traders, quantitative analysts, and other teams.
