Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Design, develop, troubleshoot, and deliver secure, high-quality software solutions across the software development lifecycle, working with stakeholders to address complex technical problems. Provide technical leadership and mentoring, review and debug code, and prototype AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements: Requires formal training in software engineering concepts and at least five years of professional experience. Candidates should have extensive Java experience with Spring or similar frameworks and test-driven development, strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and multithreaded programming, and experience with Kafka, Cassandra, Kubernetes, cloud-native development, and responsible use of AI-assisted development tools.
