Job Description

Design and support rotating equipment and plant systems, including generators, motors, auxiliary systems, and hydroelectric and diesel facilities. Troubleshoot operational and design issues, oversee equipment installation and testing, prepare technical and safety documentation, and contribute to budgeting and project planning.

Requirements: Requires a relevant two- or four-year engineering or technical degree and at least five years of field and design experience with small utility or industrial installations. Candidates need basic diesel technology knowledge, strong project and communication skills, familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work safely around equipment and travel; Alaska PE registration and hydroelectric expertise are preferred.
