SPEC ADV SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Job Description

Lead the design, development, and support of large-scale cloud-native enterprise software, including distributed systems and AI-powered platforms. Set architecture and engineering standards, guide technical initiatives from concept through production, mentor engineers, and collaborate across product, security, infrastructure, and operations teams.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 10 years of progressive Java/J2EE software engineering experience, or a high school diploma/GED and at least 14 years of such experience. Candidates need expert-level enterprise application and cloud architecture experience, strong Java and distributed-systems expertise, hands-on generative AI experience, and demonstrated technical leadership; healthcare interoperability experience and eligibility for government access are additional qualifications.
