Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure - San Francisco HQ

Job Description

Lead infrastructure resilience initiatives, improve system observability and operability, and build performance-critical infrastructure such as real-time event processing. Plan for customer growth and partner with engineering teams to deliver reliable product features.

Requirements: Candidates should have at least five years of software engineering experience, including at least four years in infrastructure. They should be skilled at investigating complex errors and performance issues, anticipating edge cases and bottlenecks, building scalable systems, and mentoring engineers on reliability practices.
