Software Engineer, Infrastructure - San Francisco HQ

Job Description

Lead infrastructure resilience and scaling initiatives, improve system observability and operability, and build performance-critical infrastructure such as real-time event processing. Partner with engineering teams to deliver reliable product features and help maintain high system availability.

Requirements: Candidates should have at least 3 years of software engineering experience, including 2 or more years in infrastructure. They should be skilled at investigating complex errors and performance issues, anticipating edge cases and failure modes, building scalable systems, and mentoring engineers on reliability practices.
