Technical Lead Manager, Extraction Service

Job Description

Lead the Extraction Service engineering team and define the architecture and technical goals for high-throughput, low-latency extraction of structured content from documents and multimedia. Manage and coach approximately six engineers, drive roadmap milestones, coordinate with product, program, and reliability partners, and serve as the primary technical contact for key partners.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and at least eight years of experience with low-level programming languages such as C++ or C are required. Candidates should have experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems, leading technical work and teams, and applying software development practices such as testing, code reviews, version control, and CI/CD.
