Senior Software Engineer, Android II

Job Description

Lead the design, development, testing, and delivery of complex Android features and platform improvements, shaping architecture and engineering standards in collaboration with Product, Design, Backend, and SRE teams. Maintain operational excellence through crash and performance monitoring, logging, and issue remediation, while mentoring engineers and promoting maintainable Android practices.

Requirements: Requires 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including substantial experience building and shipping native Android applications, with expertise in Kotlin and modern Android development. Candidates should have experience with Jetpack Compose, Material 3, OkHttp, Moshi, scalable architecture, domain modeling, distributed systems, and modern Android patterns, along with strong computer science fundamentals and communication skills.
