Principal Data Platform Software Engineer (RaptorDB)

Job Description

Architect and build solutions for deploying, operating, and improving RaptorDB across data centers and public cloud environments, including backup, restore, replication, failover, and resilience systems. Lead cross-functional technical design and performance optimization, respond to production incidents, and maintain code, documentation, runbooks, and architectural standards.

Requirements: Requires 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 8+ years focused on database systems, infrastructure, or cloud platforms, along with strong database operations and distributed-systems expertise. Candidates should have proficiency in Go, Python, or equivalent languages; experience with Kubernetes, database operators, cloud database operations, and Linux; and the ability to set technical direction and collaborate across teams.
