Lead Software Engineer - AI Coding

Job Description

Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support of secure, scalable custom software, using AI coding tools and quality controls for generated code. Direct and support onshore and offshore engineers, contribute to sprint planning and delivery, improve engineering practices and product maturity, and participate in production support and the on-call rotation.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience, and at least eight years building custom software with modern programming or scripting languages, including at least two years as a technical lead. Candidates need expert full-stack, web, AI coding, Unix, Git, testing, database, REST API, and Agile Scrum expertise, plus working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and production troubleshooting.
