Sr. Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Lead end-to-end engineering and product development, from technology scouting and concept generation through prototype development, validation, and product launch. Guide technical projects, manage timelines, resources, and budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and business development to develop practical innovations and present technical findings to executives and customers.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and 10 or more years of experience in industrial machine design or product development; a master's degree is preferred. Candidates should have strong mechanical design and 3D CAD skills, experience with finite element analysis, and the ability to lead projects and communicate effectively; knowledge of polymer science, hot runners, mold design, and injection molding is preferred.
