Software Engineer Team Leader - .NET / Full Stack

Job Description

Leads and plans the work of a software engineering team, including estimating effort, mentoring team members, and evaluating progress. Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and maintains software applications while resolving issues, improving performance, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree, seven years of related experience, and experience with test-driven development and agile processes. The role also calls for .NET full-stack expertise, leadership and mentoring ability, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with the listed development, cloud, messaging, and monitoring technologies.
