Job Description

Leads and plans the work of a software engineering team, including estimating effort, mentoring team members, reviewing performance, and overseeing delivery. Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and maintains software applications while resolving issues, improving performance, ensuring compliance and cybersecurity, and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree, seven years of related experience, and experience with test-driven development and agile processes. Candidates should bring strong leadership, coaching, estimation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with .NET full-stack experience and familiarity with the listed development, cloud, messaging, and monitoring technologies.
