Software Engineer Team Leader - .NET / Full Stack

Job Description

Leads and plans the work of a software engineering team, including estimating effort, mentoring team members, reviewing performance, and overseeing delivery. Designs, develops, tests, deploys, maintains, and improves software applications while ensuring quality, security, compliance, and effective collaboration across teams.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree, seven years of related experience, and experience with test-driven development and agile processes. The role also calls for strong .NET full-stack expertise, leadership and mentoring ability, knowledge of DevOps and SDLC practices, and experience with relevant cloud, container, messaging, monitoring, and CI/CD technologies.
