Software Engineer II

Job Description

Design, build, test, and optimize scalable software systems and data pipelines for multimodal intelligence, AI, and national security applications. Contribute to agentic AI and LLM integrations, geospatial and intelligence platforms, analytics workflows, and cloud-native data architectures in collaboration with engineers and research scientists.

Requirements: Requires a PhD, master's degree, or bachelor's degree plus two years of software engineering experience, along with professional experience using Python to build, test, and deliver software. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in another programming language, cloud and large-scale data pipeline experience, end-to-end software delivery, machine learning pipeline experience, and relevant federal mission work; U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance are required.
