Civil Engineer (Senior Level)

Job Description

Lead and coordinate civil engineering design and project delivery for dam removals and repairs, fish passage, stream restoration, recreation, and renewable energy projects. Develop and review design documents, perform engineering analyses and field work, support construction, and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and technical quality.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field, a Professional Engineer license, advanced AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency, and experience leading civil engineering project design and delivery are required. The role also requires the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, manage project scope, schedule, and budget, hold permanent U.S. work authorization, and travel with a valid driver’s license; 10+ years of experience is preferred.
