Civil Engineer (Senior Level)

Job Description

Lead and coordinate civil engineering design and project delivery for dam removals and repairs, fish passage, stream restoration, recreation, and renewable energy projects. Develop and review construction documents, perform engineering analyses and field work, support construction, and manage technical quality, scope, schedule, and budget.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, a Professional Engineer license, advanced AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency, and experience leading civil engineering design projects are required. The role also requires demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, conduct technical reviews, and manage project delivery; 10 or more years of experience is preferred.
