Principal Software Engineer

Job Description

Own customer-facing product features from concept through launch across React/TypeScript front ends, backend services, and APIs, using customer data to measure and improve outcomes. Set technical direction, build AI-enabled experiences, influence product strategy, and raise engineering quality through hands-on leadership, reviews, coaching, and mentoring.

Requirements: This is a hands-on Principal Engineer individual-contributor role requiring deep technical expertise, strong product judgment, and the ability to lead work across the full stack. The role calls for experience shaping architecture and product direction, using telemetry and metrics, building AI and agentic experiences, and delivering reliable, high-performance software at scale.
