Principal Software Engineer

Job Description

Own customer-facing product features from concept through launch across React/TypeScript front ends, backend services, and APIs, using customer behavior and metrics to guide decisions. Set technical direction, build AI-enabled and agentic experiences, and raise engineering quality through hands-on leadership, reviews, and mentoring.

Requirements: The role calls for a highly senior, hands-on individual contributor with deep technical expertise and strong product judgment who can lead ambiguous work through to production. Candidates should be able to deliver full-stack products, make data-informed decisions, integrate AI workflows, and influence technical and product direction in partnership with cross-functional teams.
