Industrial Engineer I

Job Description

Design and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, production layouts, and workflows to improve throughput, cost, quality, and safety. Analyze production data and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement using Lean, CORE, and Kaizen methods.

Requirements: A STEM degree and fewer than two years of relevant experience are required, along with U.S. citizenship. Manufacturing experience, familiarity with CAD, simulation or ergonomic analysis tools, and SAP experience are preferred.
