Agentic Software Engineer, Sr Staff

Job Description

Set AI and automation direction for a product or domain, and build scalable agentic automation platforms for CI, infrastructure, testing, and software development workflows. Drive adoption of agent orchestration and oversight practices, advise teams on technical decisions, and align automation priorities with business needs.

Requirements: Requires 12–15 years of experience developing CI, test automation, and infrastructure tools, including technical direction-setting and hands-on adoption of agentic or AI-assisted automation. A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is required, with a master's preferred; candidates should also bring cloud experience, agent workflow expertise, and senior-level leadership and stakeholder skills.
