Senior Software Engineer, Cards

Job Description

Lead technical design and architectural decisions while mentoring engineers and coordinating multiple projects with cross-functional partners. Build and improve backend APIs and services, strengthening platform reliability, performance, experimentation, policy lifecycle capabilities, and machine learning integration.

Requirements: Requires at least five years of production software development experience at scale, prior technical leadership on teams and complex projects, and experience with Ruby on Rails or comparable frameworks. Candidates should understand transactional databases, caching systems, and large-scale web architecture, and be committed to mentoring and maintainable, well-tested code.
