Staff Software Engineer, PEO Growth

Job Description

Own the end-to-end PEO onboarding experience, from customer discovery and commitment through setup, and guide technical direction for the product. Coordinate integrations across teams, use AI tools and build AI-assisted customer guidance, measure and improve funnel performance through experiments, and uphold engineering quality.

Requirements: Requires 8 or more years of software engineering experience, strong full-stack skills, demonstrated day-to-day use of AI tools, and the ability to lead ambiguous work in a large production codebase. Candidates should collaborate and influence across teams and help develop other engineers; a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
