Continuous Improvement Specialist

Job Description

Identify and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives across manufacturing and business processes, using Lean, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving methods. Analyze performance data, implement sustainable solutions and corrective actions, and track and communicate measurable outcomes such as cost savings, productivity, and quality improvements.

Requirements: Requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related technical or business field, and experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, preferably in a regulated environment. Candidates should bring strong analytical, project leadership, root-cause problem-solving, Lean or Six Sigma, KPI, and communication skills; a Six Sigma Green Belt is an asset or may be obtained.
