Quality Control Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Review shop and fabrication drawings and inspect HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems in the fabrication shop before shipment. Audit quality standards and collaborate with fabrication staff to guide the correct construction and assembly of systems.

Requirements: Candidates should have experience in mechanical systems quality control, HVAC inspection, and interpreting mechanical, fabrication, and plumbing drawings. A two- or four-year Mechanical Engineering degree, familiarity with fabrication processes, and interest in working for a mechanical contractor are also noted.
