Senior Software Engineer - Global Forwarding Technology

Job Description

Lead the design and delivery of scalable software and AI-enabled automation across Global Forwarding workflows, including pricing, booking, shipment planning, execution, and visibility. Provide technical leadership across teams, improve engineering practices and platform capabilities, and mentor engineers while ensuring solutions are reliable, secure, and production-ready.

Requirements: Requires at least 8 years of commercial software development experience, strong object-oriented development skills such as C# and .NET, and experience with distributed systems, APIs, databases, testing, version control, and CI/CD. A bachelor's degree in a relevant technology field or at least 6 years of equivalent work experience with a high school diploma or GED is required, along with demonstrated technical leadership and strong communication skills.
