Business Systems Analyst (Baan)

Job Description

Analyze complex business problems and design, research, and test automated systems or enhancements that improve operational efficiency and meet site and customer requirements. Provide technical consultation, resolve day-to-day system issues, and oversee implementation of system improvements.

Requirements: Requires functional knowledge in systems, industrial engineering, computer science, programming, or a related field, or relevant work experience, with typically 6–8 years of related experience. Candidates should demonstrate advanced functional and technical expertise, strong people or process management skills, customer relationship skills, and a good understanding of existing systems and their functionality.
