ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

Job Description

Lead the design and development of electric motors and other electromechanical components for agricultural applications, including system simulation, energy-flow analysis, validation, and technical documentation. Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams, support vehicle-level testing, and use structured problem-solving methods to improve products and processes.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required. Preferred qualifications include OEM or Tier 1 product-development experience, knowledge of EMC and motor design, CAD and PLM tools, environmental validation, CAN communications, and experience with on- or off-highway vehicles.
