Senior Software Engineer

Job Description

Own the architecture and delivery of major subsystems, including integrations, synchronization infrastructure, and AI products, while setting engineering patterns and making pragmatic technical tradeoffs. Build reliable systems that unify fragmented construction software and support AI-powered workflows, high-volume APIs, and efficient data access.

Requirements: Requires at least six years of backend or full-stack engineering experience, including designing and operating large-scale systems and production experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems. Candidates should be comfortable across the stack, able to lead ambiguous projects and resolve complex production issues, and demonstrate strong ownership and communication.
