Site Development Project Manager

Job Description

Manage site and civil engineering projects from initial scoping through design, permitting, and construction support, overseeing technical work, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams. Coordinate with clients, staff, municipalities, and regulatory agencies; review site and stormwater designs; support permitting, business development, and client relationships.

Requirements: The role prefers a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a Maine Professional Engineer license, and requires at least eight years of relevant site/civil engineering experience with strong site design skills. Candidates need project management experience, knowledge of local and state permitting, strong communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; HydroCAD experience is preferred.
