Site Development Project Manager

Job Description

Manage site and civil engineering projects from initial scoping through design, permitting, and construction support, including oversight of technical work, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams. Develop and review site and stormwater designs, coordinate with clients and public agencies, mentor staff, support business development, and participate in field meetings and public meetings.

Requirements: The role prefers a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a New Hampshire Professional Engineer license, and requires at least eight years of relevant site/civil engineering experience with strong site design skills. Candidates should have project management experience, knowledge of local and state permitting, strong communication skills, and experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D; HydroCAD is preferred.
