Site Development Project Manager

Job Description

Manage site and civil engineering projects from scoping through design, permitting, and construction support, overseeing technical work, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams. Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies; mentor staff; support public meetings, field visits, permit applications, and business development.

Requirements: The role prefers a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a Vermont Professional Engineer license, and asks for at least eight years of relevant site/civil engineering experience with strong site design skills. Candidates should have project management experience, knowledge of local and state permitting, strong communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; HydroCAD experience is preferred.
