Hydraulic Engineer - Civil Engineer

Job Description

Develop hydrologic and hydraulic models and studies, support FEMA permitting, and oversee drainage design and construction drawings using relevant engineering software. Research drainage requirements, manage geospatial data, conduct site visits, contribute to multidisciplinary teams, mentor EIT staff, and prepare materials for presentations and project documents.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least five years of drainage experience; a Professional Engineer license is preferred. Candidates should be proficient with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and Flo-2D, have strong communication and organizational skills, and understand construction methods; ArcGIS and QGIS proficiency is desired, with GISP certification desirable.
