Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Own and improve subsystem designs for fusion devices, develop novel hardware, and perform CAD and engineering analysis while leading design reviews and iterating designs. Collaborate with engineers and technicians to build, integrate, test, and troubleshoot hardware on fusion generators.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least three years of professional experience delivering full-scope engineering projects, including schedule ownership. Candidates need first-principles problem-solving ability, hands-on exposure to mechanical, electrical, and fluid engineering, advanced CAD experience, and experience with FEA software.
