AI Solution Software Engineer (Staff/Principal)

Job Description

Architect and build production-ready AI-enabled applications using LLMs, machine learning, generative AI, RAG/GraphRAG, and NLP techniques, as well as full-stack web technologies. Develop secure data connectors and integrations, collaborate with cybersecurity, risk, and IAM teams, and document architecture and workflows while contributing to internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements: Requires 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least five years delivering applied AI solutions, with proficiency in Python, TypeScript, C#, Azure AI services, full-stack frameworks, APIs, GitHub, VS Code, and CI/CD. Candidates should understand enterprise security, governance, compliance, LLMs, MCP, and RAG, and have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
