Principal Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Set Resort-wide electrical engineering strategy, standards, and long-range infrastructure plans, while leading complex multidisciplinary projects and serving as the discipline’s final technical authority and PE of record. Direct technical design and failure investigations, advise senior leaders and engineering teams, and represent the Resort in discussions with authorities, utilities, and industry groups.

Requirements: Requires 12 or more years of progressive electrical engineering experience, a current California Professional Engineer license, a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, and expert knowledge of California electrical and energy codes and IEEE guidance. Candidates should have experience leading complex projects, developing strategy and standards, mentoring or overseeing others, and using AutoCAD, Revit, SKM, and lighting design tools; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
