Senior Software Engineer - VAULT

Job Description

Build high-performance distributed data pipelines and services for Bloomberg VAULT, supporting large-scale ingestion, storage, and querying. Guide technical direction, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior engineers while helping ensure the platform meets business needs.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and at least four years of professional experience with an object-oriented programming language are required. Candidates should have a strong background in distributed, high-volume, high-availability systems and fluency with AI development tools; experience with big data ecosystems, cloud platforms, SaaS/PaaS, and container technologies is desirable.
