Software Engineer, Infrastructure - Self Managed Experience (SMX)

Job Description

Build, maintain, document, and release Camunda 8 self-managed distribution artifacts, including Helm Charts, C8Run, and Docker Compose, while improving deployment reliability across installation, upgrades, and ongoing operations. Work with customer-facing and engineering teams, support deployment issues, and contribute to shared tooling, testing, and release improvements.

Requirements: The role requires strong experience building and operating Helm Charts and deploying applications on Kubernetes, along with GitHub Actions CI/CD and infrastructure as code such as Terraform. Candidates should communicate clearly, create technical documentation, work autonomously, and show curiosity about customer needs; Docker operations, observability tools, Go, and cloud infrastructure are useful additional experience.
