Software Engineer, Infrastructure - Self Managed Experience (SMX)

Job Description

Build, maintain, and release Camunda 8 self-managed distribution artifacts, including Helm charts, C8Run, and Docker Compose, while improving deployment reliability, documentation, and lifecycle operations. Collaborate across engineering, product, QA, documentation, and customer-facing teams; handle support cases and contribute to shared tooling, testing, and release improvements.

Requirements: The role requires strong experience building and operating Helm charts, deploying applications on Kubernetes, implementing CI/CD with GitHub Actions, and managing infrastructure as code such as Terraform. Candidates should communicate clearly, create technical documentation, work autonomously, and show curiosity about customer needs; Docker, observability tools, Go, and cloud infrastructure experience are advantageous.
