Senior Mechanical Engineer - Powertrain Engineering

Job Description

Own the design and integration of electromechanical systems throughout the vehicle lifecycle, from requirements and CAD design through prototyping, validation, sea trials, and production. Collaborate with suppliers, shipyards, manufacturing teams, and vessel operators to build, test, troubleshoot, and improve hardware, including through field validation.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field and at least five years of experience taking complete mechanical or electromechanical systems from design through production. Candidates should have functional knowledge of electrical systems, strong structural and thermal engineering fundamentals, CAD and analysis experience, manufacturing and hardware troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work hands-on in field environments.
