Software Engineer, Quality & Automation

Job Description

Own quality and automation for enterprise deployments by improving test automation, environment consistency, bug handling, and release confidence, using agentic tools to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues. Partner with customers and internal teams to improve issue reporting and validation, communicate quality trends, and, at senior levels, establish broader quality and automation standards.

Requirements: Requires production software engineering experience, hands-on experience building test automation and CI quality gates, practical use of AI or agentic tools, and experience working directly with customers or enterprise users. Candidates should be comfortable across application code, CI, and deployment environments, and able to take ownership in ambiguous situations; no education requirement is stated.
