Senior Engineer Highway

Job Description

Lead transportation and highway engineering projects from conception through completion, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and compliance with PennDOT requirements. Serve as Engineer of Record, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants, develop proposals and agreements, and engage with clients, agencies, and stakeholders.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, a professional engineering license, and 10–15 or more years of progressive technical experience focused on highway design and transportation engineering. Candidates must have consulting engineering or construction industry experience, PennDOT experience, strong communication and report-writing skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
