Sr. R&D Software Engineer

Job Description

Develop and review production-ready ROS-based C++ and Python software for autonomous robots, including architecture, testing, and hands-on verification on live hardware. Lead technical practices and processes, mentor engineers, and support product releases through field trials and customer deployments.

Requirements: The role prefers a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, with at least eight years of relevant experience and expertise in Linux, C/C++, Python, and ROS. Candidates should have experience designing production software, Agile development, CI/CD, testing, containerization, and team leadership, and must be eligible to work in the United States long term without sponsorship.
