Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Description

Own engineering delivery for assigned customer accounts, from initial scoping through live implementation, and identify technical improvements by observing Aidan in customers’ products. Build deployment tooling and integrations, coordinate proposed core-agent changes with the agent team, and turn account learnings into reusable playbooks.

Requirements: The role calls for a strong software engineer comfortable with backend development, browser automation, and LLM-based systems, who can work directly with customers and lead technical discussions. Candidates should have startup or founder experience, or experience in a forward-deployed or solutions role; hands-on agent, prompt, evaluation, voice, or real-time systems experience is a bonus.
