Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Lead complex, multi-team software initiatives and own end-to-end delivery of high-volume transaction systems. Guide architecture and design for distributed systems and event-driven microservices, validate technologies through prototypes, establish engineering best practices, and mentor engineers.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of software engineering experience, and substantial hands-on experience with Java, Spring-based REST services, build and testing tools, SQL, and Azure or AWS. Preferred qualifications include healthcare data experience with FHIR, HL7, healthcare data pipelines, and Labcorp system integrations.
