Staff Software Engineer (SF)

Job Description

Set technical direction and build AI products for clients on a small engineering team, spending approximately 75% of the time coding and 25% working directly with clients. Own end-to-end technical outcomes, guide system design and tradeoffs, and ensure products meet client needs and remain reliable after deployment.

Requirements: Requires at least eight years of engineering experience, a strong commitment to engineering craft, and a record of shipping multiple complete products end to end with production-ready code. Candidates should be interested in applying software engineering fundamentals to AI systems, comfortable with senior technical stakeholders, and demonstrate ownership, integrity, and a low-ego approach.
