Staff Software Engineer (NY)

Job Description

Set technical direction and build AI products for clients, owning technical outcomes from design through production. Spend approximately 75% of the time coding and 25% working with clients and senior technical stakeholders to understand needs, discuss tradeoffs, and ensure solutions meet their requirements.

Requirements: Requires 8 or more years of engineering experience, a strong commitment to engineering craft, and a record of shipping multiple complete products end to end. Candidates should be interested in applying software engineering fundamentals to AI systems, comfortable with senior technical stakeholders, and demonstrate high ownership, integrity, and a collaborative, low-ego approach.
