INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

Job Description

Analyze operational data and optimize production workflows, layouts, labor productivity, equipment utilization, and process performance while supporting automation and digitalization initiatives. Lead cross-functional improvement projects, ensure food safety and regulatory compliance, and develop performance metrics and actionable reports for site and senior leadership.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in engineering, administration, or an equivalent field is required, along with experience in industrial engineering, operational excellence, or continuous improvement. Candidates should have knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methods, value stream mapping, time studies, OEE, data analysis, and strong communication and problem-solving skills; relevant certifications are an advantage.
