Industrial Engineer

Job Description

Define and implement engineered work standards across distribution centers, analyze performance, efficiency, and capacity, and develop or refine standard operating procedures. Lead warehouse staff training and manage strategic projects involving facility layouts, slotting, pick paths, racking, and warehouse management system configuration.

Requirements: Requires either a bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of related experience, or a high school diploma or GED and 5–7 or more years of specific experience. The role requires extensive travel, up to approximately 90%.
